Car battery died twice this year – any decent replacement service near Al Sufouh?

I've been living in Abu Dhabi but commuting to Dubai a lot, and my 2016 Nissan Patrol has gone through two batteries in the last ten months, which makes me think the last place I used just sold me a cheap one without checking the alternator or any parasitic draw. A friend who lives in Al Sufouh mentioned there's a shop that does proper electrical system testing before just swapping batteries, and he said to look up Al Sufouh Reliable Car Battery Replacement Specialists if I wanted a full diagnostic, but I'm not sure if that's actually worth the drive from Abu Dhabi or if I can find something similar closer to home. Has anyone here had recurring battery issues on a Patrol and found a shop that actually figured out the root cause instead of just selling you another battery? I'm tired of being stranded and don't want to keep throwing money at the problem. Any recommendations around Mussafah or even near the border would be great.
